Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup mango
½ cup mix berries
½ cup baby spinach
¾ cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Superfood Vitamin C Punch
Instructions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Top with chia seeds, almonds and fresh berries if desired.
Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
4 tbsp chia seeds
¾ tsp Superfood Vitamin C Punch
Yogurt
Mixed berry jam or any other berry jam
Fresh berries
Instructions:

In a jar, combine the milk, chia seeds and Superfood Vitamin C Punch until smooth.

Cover the jar and leave it in the fridge overnight
-
Layer the yogurt, chia pudding, jam and fresh berries in a cup or jar and enjoy
Vitamin C Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
50g cream cheese
½ tsp Superfood Vitamin C Punch
Blueberries
Instructions:

Let the cream cheese soften at the room temperature. Allow the cream cheese to soften long enough to avoid any lumps.

Using a hand mixer, mix Superfood Vitamin C Punch and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Spread it over some bread and top with fresh blueberries if desired.
Superfood Salad

Ingredients:
For the salad:
3 cups kale
1 cup canned chickpeas, drained
1 apple, sliced
¾ cup pearl barley, cooked
½ cup walnuts
5 strawberries, cut into small pieces
For the dressing:
4 tbsp coconut cream
½ tsp Premium SuperFood Greens - Tropical
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:

Cook the pearl barley according to package instructions.

To the bowl, mix everything for the salad and stir to combine; set aside.

Mix the salad dressing ingredients together in a cup until well combined. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if needed.

Pour as much dressing as you like onto the salad and toss everything together.
